And the Bag is DONE!

The bag went together very nicely and I am so in love with it! There is something about corduroy that I find so comforting, so combining corduroy and quilting is like some kind of heaven to me!

My favorite part of the bag, and an unexpected thing, is a hidden pocket. It is on the back but towards the side, and you'd never know it was there. But the best thing is how big the pocket is - it's huge! About half the size of the bag and nice and deep. It's perfect to slip a phone or glasses etc into. Here you can just see my fingers going into it, but I can put my hand in past my wrist, and it's the same height as the bag.
The strap is long enough that I can use it across my body, but it's also adjustable if you want it shorter. This will definitely be a well used bag!

  10. A pocket????? You mean like somewhere to put my keys so that I'm not doing the mad search while trying to keep a hand on two preschoolers at the very end of a shopping trip?!?!? AHHHHHH.

  13. I'm new to the site and I guess I'm confused. Where can we find the pattern? Can it be ordered from somewhere?
