Seen-It Sunday

Once again it's time for Seen-It-Sunday.

Today I have some yummy cooking for you to see, some photography tips, and a free tree pillow tutorial.

Firstly the cooking.

Marie-Alice is a Canadian who married an Englishman later in life and now lives (and cooks!) in England. She makes the yummiest looking things you've ever seen! Real down home cooking.

For example, have a look at her Honeyed Tomato Soup with Cheddar and Onion Marmalade Panini...
Now follow that up with some Cherry Chocolate Fudge Bars...
...and you have one delicious meal!

I have made many of Marie-Alice's recipes, and every single one has been a winner!

Secondly, have a look at a Homemadeology where they show you a cheap ($12) and easy way to take professional looking photographs using things you probably already have in your home...
If any of you make things to sell online, this would be such a great way to get amazing photos. It looks like anyone could do it - I'm going to give it a go myself!

Thirdly, Katie from Adelaide Lemonade has a tutorial for the cutest tree pillows.
She recently came second place in a pillow contest at Sew Mama Sew with this pattern, and she's sharing it with everyone for free, so enjoy!

  1. using aluminum for photography never occurred in my mind. All I used was a wall calendar big enough to make a background and a base. But now I will try this technic also.
    Thank you
