Thrifty Thursday 4

Once again it's been a fruitful thrifting week! I picked up more milk glass (are you sick of seeing it yet?!),
this lovely little village for a dollar a piece....
and matching milk glass lamps.
One for my daughter's room, and one for the living room. It was only $5 for the pair. I needed a little cabinet to put the lamp on in the living room, and found the perfect one for $4 at the thrift store.
I wasn't in love with the decorative painting on it and planned to paint over it, but it's growing on me so we shall see.

We are about to go out for lunch, then it's back home to get the Christmas cooking done!

Have a wonderful Christmas everyone!

Ha....this is too funny....just
yesterday I was thinking about you
when I was emptying out my china
cabinet so I could move it...and
there was all my milk glass...shame on me for having it stored and not having it out using it.....I just wish I had the beautiful scolloped edge cake plate my grandmother had!! hhhhmmm
I wonder who has it???
You did discover some great finds....you must have had your
"eagle" eye on!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS YOU!!!
