Quilt Market Present
Today my friend Brenda from Pumpkin Patch Primitives visited me to drop off some Pampered Chef goodies I'd bought and in the bag was an extra treat...
Oh yes you know I got excited when I saw fabric! Maybe even more excited than I was to get my Pampered Chef bowls!
Brenda went to Quilt Market in Houston a couple of weeks ago and brought me back this brand spankin' new panel of Sue Spargo's new fabric! Isn't it lovely?!
Brenda went to Sue Spargo's Quilters' Schoolhouse and Sue showed a quilt where they incorporated these panels into the blocks and then stitched over them with embroidery stitches - if you know anything about Sue Spargo then you'll understand just what I mean! Brenda said the quilt looked amazing - like the panels really were applique!
The funniest part of Brenda's visit was when she told me how BRIGHT this panel is. Oh boy bright to her primitive-loving heart and my modern-loving heart are two different things! Everyone needs a friend like Brenda!

I was hoping the panel would be a neutral color and then she whipped out that teal and I gasped (literally, so not kidding). I bet a lot of people thought I was very excited and not that I was alarmed and almost blinded by the brightness, LOL Beautifully bright is what I shall call it... very bright. hahahaha
Oh this is gorgeous. I love Sue spargo's work and am so happy she is going in a brighter direction. I am working (or should I say collecting) on her current BOM but had no idea she was designing fabrics! Lucky you to have one of the first!

To get the best job, it is important to spend more time on searching than on TV. The next problem that is commonly found with job seekerswhile searching for a job,is the inability to judge their present skills and traits. They start questioning their skills and in most cases do not consider themselves fit enough for the job. Believing in oneself is essential before making others believe the same.
The third problem is related to interviews. In most cases, it is a very common issue that the candidates have not been called for the interview. For this problem, there is no single answer as to why the candidate is not getting to the interview. The answer could be the presentation, the wrong resume, style of talking or any other thing. So make sure you present yourself well with the proper and concise resume along with other requirements.
The fourth problem that usually occurs with most of job searchers is the phone interview bears no result. In such a case, an email is received by the potential candidate regarding the phone interview. That makes the candidate feel goo,d and it occurs with most of the applicants. Soon after the phone interview, there is often no reply back. It is because the employer is not satisfied with the responses you made on the call. Try to inspire them with grace and confidence.
The last problem to be discussed in a job search,is that candidates think that the process of hiring is unfair. However, in actuality it is not. The employer is looking for “some qualities” in an employee that might or might not be present in you. So, never make the employer feel that you have been rejected by other interviewers . Present yourself as a clear slate and try your best.
