The bag went together very nicely and I am so in love with it! There is something about corduroy that I find so comforting, so combining corduroy and quilting is like some kind of heaven to me!
My favorite part of the bag, and an unexpected thing, is a hidden pocket. It is on the back but towards the side, and you'd never know it was there. But the best thing is how big the pocket is - it's huge! About half the size of the bag and nice and deep. It's perfect to slip a phone or glasses etc into. Here you can just see my fingers going into it, but I can put my hand in past my wrist, and it's the same height as the bag.
The strap is long enough that I can use it across my body, but it's also adjustable if you want it shorter. This will definitely be a well used bag!
That bag is really nice, love the size, and the quilting and the pockets, your very clever.

ReplyDeleteA pocket????? You mean like somewhere to put my keys so that I'm not doing the mad search while trying to keep a hand on two preschoolers at the very end of a shopping trip?!?!? AHHHHHH.

I'm new to the site and I guess I'm confused. Where can we find the pattern? Can it be ordered from somewhere?
