DONE and On the Wall

Finally, the mini quilt (14.5" x 16.5") that has been dragging on and on is done. How sick are you of seeing this?! It is now framed and hanging up in the living room. I had this great blue frame to put it in, which plays nicely with the blue in the vase and the blue parts of the flowers.

I tried taking some photos of it outside this afternoon but of course the glass was reflecting the light no matter which way I put it, so that was a near impossible task...

I just tried again now, at twilight, and had much better success...

I better think up another applique project, and quick. Tomorrow's blog is just a day away!
